How to submit a deletion request

1. Email psmondal680@gmail.com with the subject SONDHAN Data Deletion Request.
2. State whether the request concerns Facebook Login, a SONDHAN account, a property listing, an enquiry, or another service.
3. Provide the email address or phone number associated with the account or request. Do not send passwords, OTPs, government identity documents, financial details, or unrelated sensitive information.
4. If a property listing is involved, include its public Property ID or listing URL where available.

Identity and request verification

SONDHAN may ask for limited additional information to confirm that the requester is the account holder or is authorized to act for them. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion. We will not ask for your password, OTP, or Meta/Facebook access token.

What happens next

• We review the request and identify data reasonably linked to the verified account or interaction.
• We may contact you if the request is incomplete, unclear, or could affect another person's listing or records.
• Eligible personal data is deleted, anonymized, or made inaccessible in accordance with the request and applicable obligations.
• We confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained and the reason for retaining it.

Processing time depends on the scope and verification required. We handle requests without unreasonable delay but do not promise instant deletion.

Information that may be retained

Some records may be retained where legitimately required for legal compliance, fraud and misuse prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, property transactions, security, or enforcement of agreements. Retained data is limited to what is necessary and is not kept merely for advertising.
