1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly, information created while using SONDHAN, and limited technical information needed to operate and improve the service.

• Name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, and contact preferences.
• Account and login information, including Google login and Facebook login identifiers when you choose those options.
• Property listing details such as title, property type, sale or rent category, location, address, landmark, price, area, description, owner or broker contact details, and availability.
• Photos, images, documents, and other media you choose to upload for profile, property, banner, or listing use.
• Location information you enter manually or allow the app or website to detect for nearby property search, listing maps, site visits, or service requests.
• Messages, inquiries, lead forms, site visit requests, support requests, call or WhatsApp actions, and communication history needed to respond to you.
• Device, browser, IP address, pages visited, approximate region, analytics events, cookies, and diagnostic logs.

2. Property Listings and Public Content

If you submit or approve a property listing, selected listing information may be displayed publicly on SONDHAN, including property photos, location area, price, property features, listing type, and contact or inquiry options. We may moderate, edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings to prevent inaccurate, unlawful, duplicate, or unsafe content.

3. Login, Google Login, and Facebook Login

You may create or access an account using email, Google login, or Facebook login. When you use Google or Facebook login, we receive basic account information authorized by you, such as name, email address, profile identifier, and profile photo if available. We use this information to authenticate your account, protect access, personalize the service, and maintain user records.

4. Notifications

With your permission, SONDHAN may send push notifications or alerts about property leads, listing status, account updates, site visits, service messages, marketing updates, or important operational notices. You can manage notification permissions from your device settings.

5. Location Information

SONDHAN uses location information only when required for features such as nearby property search, property maps, listing location, service-area matching, route or distance guidance, or site visit support. You can deny or disable location permission, but some location-based features may not work correctly.

6. Photos, Media, and Uploaded Files

Photos and media are used for profile pictures, property photos, property documents, banners, video banners, verification support, and listing display. We do not request broad photo or video library access for routine uploads; users select the specific files they want to upload. Uploaded media may be stored with our service providers and may be visible publicly when attached to public property listings or banners.

7. Contact Numbers, Calls, and WhatsApp

We use contact numbers and WhatsApp details to respond to inquiries, connect buyers, sellers, renters, brokers, owners, and SONDHAN team members, send lead alerts, arrange site visits, and provide property or engineering service support. When you choose WhatsApp, your interaction is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

8. Analytics, Cookies, and Similar Technologies

We use necessary storage for security, session continuity, and essential preferences. With your choice, we may also use analytics and advertising technologies to understand page usage, improve performance, measure property interest, attribute campaigns, and diagnose errors. Optional analytics and advertising tags remain off until you consent. You can reject non-essential technologies or reopen Privacy choices at any time without losing access to core website content.

9. Meta Advertising Measurement

If you consent to advertising technologies, SONDHAN may use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure visits, property interest, lead actions, and campaign performance. These tools may process browser and device information, IP address, page URL, referral information, Meta click identifiers such as fbclid, and Meta browser identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. Where permitted and configured, normalized contact data may be hashed before transmission for measurement and matching. We do not place raw phone numbers or email addresses in page URLs, event names, or browser data-layer events.

Browser and server events use a shared event identifier where supported so Meta can deduplicate the same action. Meta processes received information under its own terms and privacy policies. Advertising consent can be withdrawn through the Privacy choices control; withdrawal applies to future optional tracking.

When Android advertising measurement is enabled, SONDHAN may initialize Meta App Events and send controlled app-interaction events, app/device identifiers, advertising identifiers where available, diagnostic information and non-personal event metadata to Meta for analytics, attribution and advertising measurement. This processing is optional, remains off until consent, and stops for future events after withdrawal. SONDHAN does not send raw names, phone numbers, email addresses, private addresses, messages, OTPs, passwords or form contents through Meta App Events.

10. How We Use Information

• To operate SONDHAN website, app, listing, search, map, contact, login, notification, and upload features.
• To review, approve, verify, publish, update, or remove property listings and related media.
• To respond to inquiries, WhatsApp messages, calls, site visit requests, complaints, and support requests.
• To improve security, prevent fraud, enforce our terms, debug issues, and comply with legal requirements.
• To improve user experience, analytics, recommendations, service quality, and business operations.

11. Sharing of Information

We may share information with SONDHAN team members, authorized admins, property owners, brokers, buyers, renters, service providers, hosting providers, authentication providers, analytics and advertising measurement providers (including Meta when advertising consent is granted), notification providers, and legal authorities when required. We do not sell personal information.

12. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide SONDHAN services, maintain property records, support inquiries, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and maintain business records. Public listing data may remain visible until removed, expired, rejected, or deactivated. You may request deletion of personal information, subject to lawful retention requirements.

13. User Rights and Choices

• You may request access, correction, update, or deletion of your personal information.
• You may withdraw optional permissions such as location, notifications, camera, or photos through device settings.
• You may ask us to remove or update your property listing, contact number, uploaded media, or profile information.
• You may opt out of non-essential marketing communication where applicable.
• You may reject or withdraw optional analytics and advertising consent through the website's Privacy choices control.

14. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information in public listing descriptions, photos, or messages.

15. Children's Privacy

SONDHAN is intended for property and civil engineering services and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

16. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, legal requirements, or operational practices change. The updated policy will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
