Property listings and submissions

Public property listings are intended to show approved, active, public information. Property owners or representatives submitting information are responsible for accuracy of category, listing type, price, location, images, documents and contact details.

SONDHAN may review, edit, reject, suspend, unpublish, or remove submissions that are incomplete, misleading, duplicate, expired, unavailable, unlawful, or inconsistent with the platform rules.

Leads, calls and WhatsApp

Submitting a form, calling, or clicking WhatsApp permits the SONDHAN team to contact you about the requested property, requirement, service, site visit, or follow-up. Do not submit another person's private details without permission.

Engineering services

ULTIMATEE SURVEY AND CIVIL ENGINEERING LLP provides civil-engineering, land-survey, planning, construction and related professional services. Final scope, fees, drawings, site work, approvals, and deliverables are confirmed separately for each assignment.

No guarantee of transaction
